At a dealer where I’m getting my explodey Takata replaced with a less-explodey one. Amazing color. $92k sticker. Only 2 pedals.
1 of 150 in the US?

$92,000 FOR THAT?
Hells no. $60,000? Maybe.

Hmm, it looks like some sort of GTS wheel package too, but non-painted.
interdasting.

If I had the money, I would gladly pay every penny.
It looks gorgeous.

It’s the optional Competition Package, which costs just under $5000 on the M3/M4.

You’re closing in on 911 money for that. The Ms are great. Really great. But not ‘hang with a 911, which is just a discount supercar’ great.

Wow, wasn’t the E90 M3 priced at $65-70k ish or do I have bad memory?

A 7 series right next to it is 101k

In two years it’ll be $45k.

It’s great color. One of my friends who works at our local BMW dealer was sending me pics.
But for that money, I’ll gladly choose a lot of other cool things

Ive been waiting for replacement Takata parts over a year now for our M3

Same...

You’re right. I think the F80 with no options starts south of $70k still.

Crazy. A fully loaded M240i is about €64k or about $70k already. Anybody who still buys new cars are simply dumb imho.

I bought my (loaded) E90 M3 four years used and paid it off in less than two. =)

You did the right thing.

It’s been about 2 years since I had the passenger side one done. It’s my understanding that parts are trickling in, give your dealer a call and see if they can get one. Mine was ordered for me specifically and they haven’t been doing a ton.

The color is hard to capture in pics... well at least potato pics indoors on a cloudy day like today.

Is the color called “gray”?

Is the color called “grey”?

Haha, the pics really just don’t show the color. It’s a very subtle... almost purple? It’s “Macao Blue” which is supposedly the color of the first release of the E30 M3??? That I can’t verify.

Oh I see. I think you’d really need to get it in some sun to see that.
Here you get a hint of the magic, but most of it is still just grey

I got the recall done on my E46 M3 right before I got rid of it. Wife works at our local BMW dealer and I pester her about it daily. She was just in LA at BMW NA
and I demanded she not come home without my damn airbags
